The concept of water services was introduced by the Water Law Act, which entered into force in 2018. With the introduction of this concept, new obligations were born - fees for water services.

What do we help with?
On behalf of the client, we prepare quarterly statements addressed to The State Water Holding Polish Waters or the municipality- depending on the type of water services. In addition to the calculations necessary to be provided in the statement - we calculate the amount of the expected fee. Where possible, we use more than one method to select more favorable values for our client.
How do we cooperate?
The client sends us the necessary materials (depending on the scope of the obligation, these will include, among others, water permits, results of sewage analysis, data on the drained area, and the applied retention).
We prepare a statement and send a ready document to the client to be sent to the appropriate authority.
The time of the service from the receipt of the necessary materials is about a week.
